Ingrid obtained her training at the Foeldi School & Clinic in Germany, where she became certified as a Lymphedema and Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) massage therapist. Her many years of experience have helped patients suffering from Lymphedema achieve gains for a healthier life. She has training in Vodder/Foeldi Techniques, decongestive therapies, lymphatic bandaging, and various other massage techniques. Ingrid is fluent in English, German, and is currently learning to speak Chinese. .
